What is needed to submit valid quest proposal:
- Quest dialog
- Required things to activate quest (needed items and how and where you can get them, minimum level, already finished quests, needed gold)
- Action executed after finishing quest (receive items, add experience points, add gold, teleport to other place, spawn monsters)
- Proposed quest location
- Quest log - short text displayed after clicking
Please define exact parameters of new items which doesn't exist in the game yet.
If you provide images which I will use in the game of new NPC, items, etc you wil be given extra +3 levels.
Here are old quests ideas which I like but I didn't added to the game yet ( I hope I will do it soon):

However they lack of some required things I described above. Some of you also wrote very complex quest ideas some time ago which contains multiple sub quests - this is still waiting for implement

Quest Dialog: Viking Earl (leader) I am Oloff leader of Vikings. You have proven to be a great warrior and have defeated many of my men
Player: your men are brave and they died well.
Oloff: your skill is unmatched and shall be rewarded. I would be honored if you would wear this ancient armour and carry this powerful sword and shield used by my ancestors.
Player: the honor will be mine to accept these powerful gifts.
Oloff: no Viking shall attack you if you are wearing this armour.
Player: I thank you Oloff.
Requirement: kill 25 Vikings in a row. Must be level 50 or higher to accept reward.
Oloff drops level 50 armour, level 50 shield and level 50 sword all made from steel forged from a
metal meteor.
Location of quest: Viking Island at area in front of Viking building.
Quest can be repeated if Viking armour is not being worn by player or party members.

Women:Hello.Can you help stranger?
You:What happened?
Women:(Weep)We were lived on the south from here .Once dark mages went to the our village and all men defended our village ,but mages stopped time .All strangers wanted help me ,but they were killed or stopped by mages.Do you strong ?
You:Yes ,I strong .
Women:Then you should get from mages 10 their mana gloves,because only mana gloves can restore our village.
You:Where from mages ?
Women:You can find Them on north from here.Good luck!
You need kill dark mages and get from them 10 mana gloves .Chance of drop 75%.
Requierement:lvl +30
Reward:500000xp,and 2000 gold.

Short description:Give lvl 30 clothes to a drunkard

Quest to unfreeze men from village
Woman:Help!
You:??
W:Snow dragon came and frost our men.Unfreeze them all and have a great reward!
Y:Ok...i ll try...
Need:Unfreeze 10 men on maps 1;-2 0;-2 0;-1,using unfreeze potions.
Reward 200k xp,10k gold,Unfreeze boots(-1 walking speed,unfreezable).
Short description:Unfreeze men frow village.

NPC: The King
Requirements: Level 100+
Quest Reward: Creator’s decision
Dialogue
King: Hello mighty adventurer! I have heard many tales of your bravery and kindness but I doubt if you would be brave enough to help a bereaved King!
Me: I would do my best to help you, Your Lordship.
King: In the far Polar Regions, there lives a snow dragon, which killed my only son while passing by his den. If you could kill that ferocious beast and bring his head back to me, I shall reward you generously.
Me: Consider it done!!
King: I shall be waiting… Adieu

Man in ash town askes for money, tells you he is a dying begger. When you give the money (about 250) he asks you to go on a challenging quest to the place that spawns gray dragons north of the spawning point, to save his younger granddaughter from her violent king father. You must be 20plus to do second part of quest. In the event of your return, the man gives you a powerful sword he claims is pasted down through a long line of kings. You gain a large amount of experience.

Destroyed ship
Location: -1.3. Near the Portal.
Quest Dialog( pirate): Hey stranger pls stay i need ur help...
You: oh many people need my help.... What Do u need my help for.
Pirate: some mages destroyed my Ship... Can u help me get planks to repair it?
You: how many planks we talking about?
Pirate: Not much, just 5.
You: ok i will help u. What Do i get for it.
Pirate: oh well, we find something u find useful ...
Quest Log: bring 5 wooden planks to the pirate.
After the deliver, the Dialog: pirate: oh u brought the planks.... Now die! Then 2 vampire knights appear after ukilled them u get new quest log: find the pirates. U need to go to map 1.0. You find the pirate near the Shop. Pirate: damn u still live?
You: you really thought i would die?
Pirate: ok ok! Here take this and lwave me alone.
He gives u Iron plate.
Quer reward could be 100k xp and little Gold. Maybe 50k Gold.

I realy like this quest good for lvl 80+
