Yes, a haunted house would be very fitting as well as the warning to all who enter...

A Knight fights enemies one on one. Not like a mage or fairy that can fight multiple enemies at the same time.
So here's what I'm doing to fight the Red Monstors under Silverwood.
1. Equip Warrior's Ring - Dam: 10 Arm: 10 Dec: 10
2. Walk south from the entrance until I attract one RM, and then double back close to the entrance. He will follow they don't spawn there.
3. Attack and kill the Red Monster.
4. Backpack: Equip: Bronze Bracelet - Dam: 3 Dex: 3 Life Regen: 10% faster
5. When fully healed - Start at Step 1 again!
Works for me!
Fighting one on one is a slow process, this 10% edge helps a little.

Nice tactics!

Thanks ... probably won't need that at lvl 200+ but for now more than one RM and I die, unless I have a backpack full of +1000! hp
Got the idea at the very beginning of the game actually. as a lvl 1 knight I went into the cave at 0.0 I'd watch others run in all brave like, "Hey, I'm lvl1 now - tough!", they'd run south and around the corner only to come running back "red lined" with a horde of skeletons chasing them. Needless to say I too made a bee line for the exit. So caution prevailed .... I'd walk south slowly, most time to the rock on the right of the path. A red dot would appear ... I'd back peddle a bit and fight them one on one without creating a huge spawn.
Works almost everywhere.

Red monsters can be a lot of fun - but its such a long walk.
The coliseum is packed right now - did you check it out?
The undead are here.... in fact, they've been seen in many places...
Graves have popped out of the ground, and they walk among us...
Anyway, if you have time, there's a shortcut to the coliseum on the start map.
Keep in mind, PvP is usually enabled for all there (as in a clan map)
but it is disabled until the next restart.

Well, one on one is a slow process, but at 400k a pop ....

Yea, saw the red mummies on the plains of Silverwood. I wanted to tank for some people there but they were killing me. so I left.

Well, I'll level up first and then think about it ... I'm not keen on the PvP idea.

PvP is off on that map currently - its the map below Martek's Stronghold.
I just wanted to tell you that normally its a free for all.
I don't think we'll have an unscheduled restart today - and scheduled one is about 14 hours away.
The restart will re-enable pvp.
So, if you need to log out, you should try and leave that map first.
Also, if there is a restart before the scheduled one, I will try and turn pvp off ASAP.
Another note: Hobbs is working on his spawn event map. It should always have PvP disabled on it.
When it's complete, I may use it in the future.

LOL
I actually got up earlier today, went in game for a bit....
Man, I was still exhausted.
Went back to bed, got up recently.
Have some things to do irl today (was supposed to do them yesterday), so not sure how much I'll be in game.
But yes, a lot of sleep is also on my to-do list.
