Use it in PvM and monsters still attack. Which probably answers my question.
It works in both.
Immobilized simply means they cannot walk. They can still attack if you're in range.
Try using it on a monster, and walk away, you'll see.

OH OK, then useless in a PvM for a Knight that has to be up-close-and-personal
So really the best so far is: Always Hit - (Level 30) - All attacks are critical hits.
Since this costs 10% of your health. Fire Sword (Level 100) - Reduces foe's (current) HP by 40% and your HP by 10%.
Always Hit is one of the best (if not THE best) skill in the game.
Fairly certain, it makes every hit a critical.
It makes dex completely useless against your attacks.
But freeze sword isn't completely useless in PvM..
If you need to run, it can help at times.
Keep that in mind.
and fire sword is Amazing if you're working with a high level helping you kill very strong monsters....for example, you can get 40% xp from a group of 8 worms around somebody tanking them, then finishing them off for you... TONS of fast xp

Yes, if you have gone past the "wait" time and can use it again. I tested since your last message ... nice trick.

CUBA: Give the man a box of your best cigars!!!!!
So I'd use Flame Sword, target each enemy with a single hit and then you'd (example) finish them off and I'd get 40% of the kill for each enemy? What if there are drops?

Drops go to the person who inflicts the most damage. In your example, if there were two of you then it's the other guy as they made 60% of the damage.
Just had a good one ... some people and their kids ....
I'm in the red monster room under Silverwood... along with two others in different areas.
In walks Swordman(147), trucks on a little south of me(119), does a tango step or two and draws 4 red monsters, hauls them over to me and moves away. Once I'm surrounded he starts attacking from behind.
Oooooooooo me no like. I made them move around him and in open started: The place is empty, get your own!
He does it again .... this time, up face to face with a PM: GET YOUR OWN!
He moved.... actually looks like he left. I know of at least five other GREAT spawn spots in this room.

OK, but as blitzcraig said - 40% for the worms that kill me in the blink of an eye is better than 0% and death by magots ... errr ... worms. And if someone is "Tanking" for me, I certainly don't mind 'sharing the wealth' at all!
