generally, final decisions about those kinds of things are made by admins after reviewing appropriate logs and discussing with the rest of the team... I hope this answers your questions

i would like to have a jail-topic where gm.post names of person that are jailed and released.
may be a deterrant too.

or 'released [name]
no details of time or reason. ( would take too much time)

but it would show that gm.is actively punishing rulebreaking.

because the 2 biggest and related problems imo are not lag and bugs, but 'gm manpower' and 'perceptions of players regarding gm'

to improve the second one improved and easy to use communication from gm to player community is needed. some standard procedures utilising forum may help there.

this is an interesting idea... and very simple really - I'll make sure we talk about that (thinking that we'd need some specifics.. like we post characters jailed for some rule violations, but not things like inappropriate names for example... interesting for sure
