When did this happen? Your pic shows no time or date. Without such, logs cannot verify it happened.
Also, PLEASE remove your screenshot. Posting such an image on the forum is just as bad as the player saying it ingame. The team has the image.
In the future, PM the image to a GM.
They may be inactive, but these players DO get punished when the reports are processed.
Ever seen a player who complained about a random timed mute or jailing? They might not get punished immediately, but they WILL be caught.

Player tigre6666 and his alt panter6666 ran up on me first on his low level account and stunned me then decided to spawn a lot of sword skeletons on me and spent 20 minutes harassing me trying to kill me before bringing his main account to try and kill me. Then he runs half the mobs down to my pets while he keeps me stunned on his low leveled account. It happened between 5:00pm to 5:30pm on October 8th. /Info in screen shot when they run to pets. I couldn't type /info when they were attacking with the mobs on me.
