Maybe Mrs Santa isn't supposed to be active? I got a quest from her, got the first item, returned, but no ? to receive item. My little fairy dagstjarna had this happen. Maybe like Halloween it needs reset if done last year? Not a huge deal...but discouraging a bit to seem active but not.

Good morning, GMs. I would like to appeal the situation. I leveled my swordsman from 0-1100 and was arrested for actions I committed in the past. I know I made mistakes with my combatant. I know I did wrong things and I'm paying for it... I lost all my accounts... okay, but I didn't commit any wrongdoing with my swordsman. I didn't break any rules. I think it's unfair to be arrested for having made mistakes in the past and already paid for them, including my lovely level 5000 archer. I would like you to look into this situation for me...

I need help with a quest on the map -1.5. I can't fix the portal. I've checked the entire map several times and couldn't find any new quests. The last quest I completed was "Kill 300 Flauvers." I'll be glad if someone helps me and tells me what I'm doing wrong. There are no active quests on this map in my quest log except for one daily quest.

Problem: Hello, my problem is that the building of my clan (-2,-3 map) was broken, and according to the mechanics of the game, since this building was standing, it means that after its destruction or removal, I can put it back up. But the problem is that I can't do that, for some reason it doesn't fit there anymore.
I came across such a problem on the lighthouse map, we put up a tower and built it, then removed it, but we couldn't put it up again. If there are texture changes here, then there should have been some kind of announcement about it.
We reported this problem many times on the lighthouse map and were not heard in time, we could not install the building because of this bug and we lost the territory. Then GM Aogon looked at it and it turned out that another GM was involved, who did it on purpose and changed the textures, and his friends were able to put up a tower when the territory was no longer ours.
Once there was a rearrangement of all clan buildings and there were major changes in the mechanics of clan buildings. Accordingly, this rear was placed after these innovations and we spent half of the buildings to close this passage. And now it's open again, and then suddenly the textures in this place began to interfere, because a building could have been there all this time.
