Yes for me again coe i touch first and submit but again for me open vote it means i again send ?

Dropchance should be the same like a tool at scorpion with a players level differnce of +-5 levels, like if a player is not claned.

That means...it can be dropped with a real low chance

I voted once = 5
downgraded to
I voted once = 4

I added that so players could remove their vote or when they are caught with a spam forum account they can move their vote to the "I already voted once" selective. This is a new voting pole, i delete the previous one because of the spam votes. So please submit 1 vote only to the new voting pole.
