It is great you want to be a help to this game, there are a few questions that come to mind.

What is the level of your highest player? I ask this because a good moderator has a very broad understanding. I noticed your forum name is not your main account.

I noticed you just now became active on the forum. It may not be a requirement but knowing what happens here is important to understanding what is occurring in the game. Did you have a forum presence before?

I have never met a GM who would deliberately position their pets to steal spawn. GMs are supposed to help, not hinder.

second , maybe Make a mistake, because all people make mistakes ، and i sorry if this no like you , but i will do my best to not be in trouble ,

Those best suited to wield authority are those who want it the least. Those who want it the most are typically those with ulterior motives.

Leone, like some others, has been around a long time and seen the stress that being a GM will put on a person. Once you become a GM, your play time is reduced because of dealing with the problems/abuses of other players. Also, the things you can do in game (especially with clans) becomes far more limited once you become a GM.
Many GMs over the years have left the team, as is only normal, but most never return to regular gameplay. It's kind of hard to find the joy in a game when all you ever see are the abuses. I only know of one former GM who still plays actively, and it isn't me. Lol
