And of course one of my oldest friends in the game, most certainly one that taught me a LOT in my first couple of months here:
GOLGREN: Show
GOLGREN.JPG
Something even GOLGREN doesn't know, no one knows actually, until now.

Grinding is nice and always better with a friend. But there are times one needs to see "the wizard" at Map 0,0 to change stats. And there are three people I will "change stats" and wipe out EXP points that are just about ready to convert into a new level, just to spend time with a friend, grinding and chatting.

Levelling is nice but time with friends is nicer! GOLGREN is one of those friends I'd simply like to spend time with!

Had another screenshot without the halfling behind GOLGREN, but this is a family channel and GOLGREN's butt is ugly!

Yesterday I spend a LOT of time chopping trees to get some magic trunks to use in crafting, I am 2 axes short of having a 2nd and 3rd set of Tools+2 and because I am very frustrated at Rule 9 breakers when I try grinding.

[deleted] not the right place!

I'm not certain that I completely understand the situation, and I'm not a GM, but I do have a couple comments, hopefully they help ;)

1> If you disagree with a decision made by a GM, your best course of action is to talk with an admin before going public.

2> "spawn killing" as described in rule 9 is not about a player killing all the spawn. Rather, it's about what is also known as "herding" - that is, using an overspawn of enemies to kill a player.

3> With all that said, I think it's also clearly against rule #9 to find a player grinding, then threaten to take all his opportunity to continue to grind unless he pays you gold (I believe I saw a screenshot of yours where a player did this recently?) -- Again though, that's my interpretation, not necessarily that of the GM team or anybody else.

Anyway, I'd encourage you to talk with the GM more in depth, or go to an admin about it before continuing here, as that will likely have better results :D

EDIT - Oh and I hope you're not too discouraged ;)

Sometimes I just don't understand people.

I'm about to retire my two alts permanently.

One of them has a complete set of Mith Tools, I was told I'd need them for different quests in the future so the alt was holding them for LostKnight who will not be doing any more levelling up.

So I took that alt to Map 0,0 and saw where one gamer said
My tools suck!
So I green texted

Code: Select all

Sell me the tools for 1m each
No response so I repeated the request.
Who green texted me? Do it again
I responded with green text ... and waited ... nothing.
BTW: alt has 3557k in gold

So I green texted him again

Code: Select all

Too bad I was going to give you a set of Mith Tools as well
and I turned to leave. Just as I got to the southern border of the make green text:

Code: Select all

All I need is rod and pick
so I /w back

Code: Select all

Too late you missed your chance at 3m and a set of mith tools
Then I went back:

Code: Select all

Just to show I told truth do not buy
and went through the "sell process" for 999999999 for the Mith Rod.

There is a reason for the phrase:
Never look a gift horse in the mouth!
=============================
The rule breakers win, I give up!

I came here for a good time not to be hassled, tormented, threatened with "I'll kill you", blackmailed and stolen from by spam sellers. Let alone, all the other ways to cheat players.

Do "spam sellers" get to keep the cash they steal from you?

NO DO NOT ANSWER THAT, it's a rhetorical question, because it's never returned to the rightful owner. Well at least the 12m+ I lost to these {cough cough} was never returned.

No not goodby, LK just isn't going to level up grinding. Quests when/if the quest list is updated, intil then, crafting is my trade.

I agree with you to 100%, we have too many greedy players. They are so greedy that they have to break the rules. Sad that you feel like this LK, after all you've done for new players and the patience you've shown to many players. (We need more players like you)

It's so sad that sometimes, situations in the game can affect us so much sometimes that you lose the joy.
(Maybe not much) BUT
I have many magic trunks and I know you're having trouble getting this so you're welcome to take them for your future crafting lol
