There is one, but as almost everything money related the actual price might vary depending on money market.
Houses should cost around 50-55 euro (I don't remember exact amount) and that becomes certain amounts of other values depending - I suppose - on the system google uses for values excange.
This is just a personal reflection

Go to that map and stand next to the structure you wish to purchase and type /pos and when it shows position coordinates, take a screenshot. Then send screenshot in a PM to Compbatant. He will then get back to you in a day or two to let you know that it's available for purchase. Then you just have to go to that location and click on the house to purchase it. It should say for sale by that time.

While I hate to see a player must pick a new location, this is the best reason I can think of.

r the backpacks of pets on if they where parked in houses or not ?

If your pets are parked at house then no they won't add to backpack space.

How can i find houses for sale fast?? i cant find..
