Devices mac address can not be usedcas many of us use mutiple devices or upgrade phones.
Ip can not be used as some people use wifi and cell data from different locations.
This leaves us with geo checking. In theory this would work if there wasnt many people using vpn network. There is countries with big firewalls and companies.
Some just use for the encryption.
Thus leaving us rite where we started. Unless you plan on revoking vpn networks.
