I'm translating to Chinese (both Simplified and Traditional)
Do we need to translate "Forgotten Tales"
And also some names like "Kedington Village", "Lord's Silverwood", etc.

not name, only quest notifications forum topics, items, signs all in document page 1 and also some forums importante topics

how do u open the LIST, XML, etc. files?
I opened them with WordPad (I use Windows 8), but I can't save them in original format after using Chinese (it shows "?????????????" for those words when i open again
