It fixed 70% of issues in these battles. But i reccomend people to put off all gear or they can drop it. We already had this isuue and it wasnt funny for guy who dropped rare item...

as info, it is likely that very soon in the coloseum, there will be no pvp restrictions at all, also no outlaw counter or "retaliate" mechanic in play on this map (also on clan maps )
