Now, I know I posted this in another thread, but I am going to re-post here for a very specific reason.
Because I really want to show my support to/for the GM's. All I ask is if you want to discuss either of the issues mentioned here ... do it in the thread involved.

first statement --> indicates legal action possible by compbatant and company. I've read where that probably won't happen, so if "permanent jail" is what they get, they can consider themselves lucky!
Personally, I'd toss in an IP address ban as well.
second statment --> they have hurt "everyone" in the game, and there are players that have no idea what's happened as timewarp said, lost items in pvp action to these cheaters that they worked hard for to get. However it's probably safe to assume that a few of these battles were being fought by two cheaters as well.
I'm trusting a few things I was given are not mixed up in this illegal cloning of RL purchases. I am going to check with a GM to see if there is a way to find out. If there is, and if they are, I give them to the GM, I do NOT want them
third statement --> as if the GM's didn't have enough to do in the normal day to day activities in the game now they have to deal with:
. . . 3rd (1) because the GMs are busy with this and the 'sharing of accounts part' this make me mad. Players will think GM's are ignoring them and they might/probably will start not liking/trusting GMs. I'll do my best to dispel this idea.

I'll do my best to dispel this idea.
We have GM's from various places around the world in different time zones and that are ALL unpaid volunteers, doing their GM jobs as well as living their lives, work, family, whatever.
It is not possible to have them "always here" and it is not even reasonable to expect to have at least one GM online at all times. If you really disagree with this, then reread the line above again until it sinks in.
Now with what's going on with
Characters jailed today and
New Rules on Shared and Traded Accounts I would hope you can 'understand' that your request for help, if not coming as soon as you think it should, is not being ignored by the GMs. They are very busy looking out for your best interests as well as all other gamers that want to "play the game", not cheat their way through it.
Give them some extra time, carry on with something else or talk with other friends in the game to seek help. Obviously if it's something that "needs" a GMs input, please, give them time, they are all overworked at the moment. The sooner they get this cleared up, the sooner they can get the game back on track AND the sooner they can get back to work on the new content we know is coming. We'll all love to see this.
We've all seen hints of the new content with the new maps, new crafting menus, new images of items, and the GREAT new life bars that leave a shadowed space as your life gets lower.
GOTTA LOVE THAT ONE! So be patient, I can't believe I just said that, I'm chomping at the teeth waiting for the new maps to open BUT the day will come and FT World will be a better place for it.
