Im pretty sure they're the same person, but he came randomly, then sat there up top on his 960 mage (Gandalf x) we asked him to leave because he was taking our mobs and he didnt care he just sat there. So I logged on ogre to kill him and he logged off like 5 minutes later he bring his low level account(Samurayx) to start mass spawning to attempt to kill pets.

Hi GM! Everyone in the MAIN tribe is using an instant movement bug. I marked on the first picture where they used the bug - they can instantly jump from one image to the next. We've blocked off the road, but they keep using it illegally. This is a violation of the rules. Please check who has abused it and give them a penalty. Thank you. I caught player OantoskaO using it during the game. Everyone in the MAIN tribe is doing it.

Thank you for your report and for providing screenshots. I understand your concern regarding the “instant movement” issue.
Currently, this bug occurs on clan maps, and according to Rules 7 and 7b, actions that normally reduce game experience or harassment do not apply on clan maps (Rule 12). Because of this, no penalties can be applied at this time.
Please note that staff are aware of this and other similar bugs, like the unfreeze bug or PvP protection bug. While there is nothing that can be done immediately, we will continue monitoring the situation and take action if possible in the future.

Rule 7: pet killing

He was inna corner by himself and it got overrun and he said something about 911, he then died.

When he came back he started whipping people pets, then mine got whipped a few times and got pushed to front on the mobs.

Akkilles > It is completely understandable that this is a difficult situation, and that many players with pets inside these events feel they cannot relax while playing. At the same time, the GM team tries to be very clear that players are responsible for their own pets, and that as owners they must take care of them.
I have personally lost a pet myself recently, but I hold no frustration toward anyone else, because it was my own fault for bringing my pets into the event, the responsibility lies with me.
And if someone does not want to risk their pets, then it is better to leave them in the stable or in their house, if they have that option. And of course, we still want to be able to investigate how serious the situation is, so if you have any videos, you can always send them to me. But I doubt that I will be able to prove who clicked on your pets.
With that said:
There are two options we can take in this situation.
One is to create an event where pets are not allowed at all, and the other is to have an event that is open to everyone including pets, but that also means there are risks involved.
I have tried the first option, and it didn’t work well. Nobody wanted to join the event because of that.
For me, it doesn’t really matter which option we use.
I listen to the players, but when the majority says one thing, then I will follow the majority and not the minority. Thank you

Situation: I was standing there doing a quest from the aktiny89 account, and the PROJECT-M player put his pets in front of me and started stealing my experience. Explaining this by saying that I did not remove my pets. In the photo, you can see that my pets don't bother anyone and don't steal anyone's experience. He ignored the request to leave and stop stealing the experience. I have a video and I can send it to gm's private messages if necessary.

After completing my investigation, it has become clear that there is a lack of convincing evidence in this case.
This does not necessarily mean that the player did or did not do something, it simply means that nothing indicates a clear rule violation.
However, I will make sure to speak with the player involved, or both players if necessary.

Situation : We had PvP on the clan map, and a player insulted me out of pure anger, I feel harassed and i want to submit this report even though he was so angry, he shouldn't have mentioned my mother i could send the whole photo to a GM via social medias

Rule 8.
Chat Language!

Derogatory comments, hate speech, profanity, obscene remarks, and other reasonably-perceived abusive or hurtful language is not allowed in the game. This rule covers such comments in English and other languages. Violations will be considered as chat abuse and the player will be punished(does not apply while on clan maps).

This also extends to offensive clan names or character names. Bringing up external issues such as politics, celebrities, world events, and any other inflammatory subject can be punished as well. These issues do not belong in the medieval theme of the game. Spamming or flaming chat is also not allowed.

Staff determine what is considered as spamming or flaming chat and will act accordingly. Punishments are non negotiable.
Punishment may include in-game muting. Additional punishment is at the discretion of staff.

Rule 12.
Clan Warfare

Joining a clan is voluntary and players who do so accept the heightened risk of PvP. Players who join a clan and participate in actions on clan maps accept lessened protection offered by other rules.
Rule 7 and Rule 7b do not apply to players on clan maps. The GM staff will not punish any violations of these rules on clan maps.
