The point no one can whip a seige now is this a glitch Kollex before we could whip seiges into towers range to die but now u can't even move them before we could now u can't this would make atf attackers seiges die

I'm not sure about combat situations, but I've whipped them out of my way several times when they were blocking bridge at spawn map.

No, it is not a glitch. The whip button has been intentionally disabled on siege weapons. Personally, I think they should now have an attack icon so you can target them. :)

Recently I seen Sea Dog with a Siege on either side of him. This made it impossible to Target him unless I removed joystick. This happens a lot I can't Target my opponent because he's surrounded by Siege machines

Can I ask why u remove whipping of sieges? I get stuck a lot know because I can't even whip my own to get out a tight spot. Further more someone else can block me in places if u can't whip than remove whipping icon above them.... game was more interesting when u can whip them.

I believe the reasoning was that the siege weapons could not attack because defending players would constantly whip them. They could also whip them into range to be destroyed.

It was indeed disabled on clan maps to avoid whipping them into buildings shoot range, because this is cheating.
I do agree though that you should be able to whip your own sieges, as well as target enemy sieges separately from the character.
An option to target lead character when follower is in the way would also be a fair addition.

I heard all this changed and that siege skill depends on damage not lvl. What is the new formula?

And that I see now, what damage have got our seiges. There isn't the damage formula and I remember that it was there
