Quest "house of danger" quest completes the quest of "Number 149" list and Quest "Number 161" ongoing quest npc "rebel" He does not appear to be going Quest

they are sometimes hard to find, keep walking around, he will appear (even after you've completed the quest he will show up).

But you need level 175 to start that quest line.

I cant
He doesnt show up even tho I ran around until mages killed me
But I can try again

he's on 2nd floor of mage tower
walk around the portal to make him appear
if that doesn't work, try logging and do it again

I'm fine now. Complete the 175 level and finished all the quests
