Time of bug: uncertain - today, yesterday and during the week, I don't know if it happened before
Where: PM system
What: I came to know that some of my PMs were not delivered, even if the system displayed the short line confirming delivering. It happened to PMs sent to friend players who were in some cases on line and in others off line while I was sending the texts via the game interface. I was able to receive PMs sent by same players. I refer to normal PMs, not to messages sent using the /msg or /w chat commands.

If you are referring to pm's that have a pop up screen, they will not show up if you have backpack open or map screen up. Also will not appear if you are in the stores.

they should stay on the screen behind so when we leave the shop or close map they are there... or maybe it needs editing to appear in the menu and a tiny letter appears below map etc... so it also doesnt block game play in a critical situation?

Check the version 4.15 which was released today It works like you described
