I know I became an outlaw, but I purchased anti pvp so I could train and it does nothing. It only states it won't work for clan members. I'd be willing to do anything.

PvP protection does not work for outlaws, of course!
It will come into effect after your outlaw status was removed from system.

I just wish the purchase had said that like it does about the clans.

There is no remark on outlaws, because it is so obvious!

Then why isn't it obvious to people in clans? I'm not mad or being rude it just isn't obvious to someone that has only been playing a month and has never been in a clan. Because until a character in game explained to me I didn't even know what an outlaw was!

I strongly urge all players to read the help page at least once. You can access it by clicking help from the game's main menu, or, there's a link in Arachnia's signature (there's one in mine too).
Section 13 explains briefly about pvp and outlaws... and if you have anymore questions, this forum is certainly the place to get answers.
I will make an effort to get the points brought up here added to the help file as well.
