Lvl 50 quest

I completed all the quests to get the "return kings" quest, and when i was below lvl 50 it said i had to lvl up. But now i'm lvl 50 and the knight doesn't show up with the quest avaible sign :/

The NPC doesn't show up? Or the "?" mark doesn't show up on the NPC?
And which quest are you trying to finish? and what does your quest book say?

For all the quests the "?" mark doesn't appear above their heads so I can't speak to them. For me it is about the following quests: "search the kings", "dog trainer", "talk to the person who recommended you to visit the library". Can you also turn the items disappearing when changing maps of, because now the altars are worthless. Thank you very much!
