Can anyone tell me how can i save my forgotten tales progress online and restore it ?

If you're talking about the offline game, there is a way, see Gandalf's reply below.
The MMORPG is saved on a server, and you just log in to your character, he's saved automatically

if you have root you can do a titanium backup or copy the data manually

if you enable in device settings, that app data is backuped by google, you can restore app data later.
