New temple building starts at 0????

Most buildings start at level one you put in the initial foundation material and its still level 1 when you upgrade and it goes to 2
The new temple building on the other hand starts at level 0 and remains level 0 after you put in the foundation then you upgrade and it goes to 1

maybe new mechanic and all buildings start at 0? idk, just a thought

No I checked the other new building it started at 1lv just like the rest of the buildings

well... guess may be bug, or just specific to those buildings
