rpg quests

I have seen many posts regarding quests that cannot be done in the offline game. What i havn't seen is solutions. I play the offline game and am stuck with many quests that will not appear eg: talk to one who recommended library, dog trainer, old man, 30 fish . When are these going to be addressed?

almost all quests are there. check the quest manual.

No gandalf, I'm positive this is a bug. Multiple people have consistently posted that some quest starters do not interact (no questionmark icon, despite having met all prerequisits). The quests are:
Talk to ascanius after finishing library
Any interaction with "dog trainer" (the one you get war dog pet from"
Old man
Marteks castle captain for the three kings quest. (Other quests from him are ok though).
I can live with all bugs except ascanius, as it blocks the main storyline. Would realy appreciate it if someone (compbatant probably) would look into the quest. All these particular quest have been reported independantly by multiple users, and still not any answer
I appreciate compbatant giving priority to MMO, buy please let us know if this is even taken seriously.
