Big BUG, Bad for PVP balance

After low lvl players attack me, if I go offline and re-log in, I can not target on them.
It happens also if they(low lvls player) go offline and re-log in.
After low lvls attack high lvls and anyone between them go offline and re-lon in, high lvls players can not target low lvls( the system will say enemy too weak). In this situation, only when low lvls target high lvls( no need attack), then high lvls can target low lvls again.

Vey big bug, not fair for low lvls mage,BIG BIG BIG problem, beacause in low lvls, lower lvls swords man can kill mage easyly. And mage can not fight back.
I already tested it on two phones, it happened every time.

I'm glad you're bringing this back up and trying to get it figured out because I had found many issues with that "last 15/retribution" game mechanic also....

I'll say this again just for fun, "OUTLAW ON ATTACK SOLVES MANY, MANY PROBLEMS AND MAKES THE GAME BETTER!" ... OK, I feel better lol

You know, mabe you are right, It's really helpful when we attack high lvls by accident.
for example, I attacked a high lvls in a party by accident long long ago, and few days before, that guy killed me, just because he can target me.
I got no chance to explain that.

exactly :) the main argument against the "outlaw on attack" idea is that it's too big of a punishment for accidental attacks.... this is ridiculous because first, accidental attacks are very rare. and second, the current system is a harsher punishment anyway since it could lead to this guy killing you for months or even years lol

I'll be honest, obviously I like this game, but there are like 3 or 4 changes that could make this game SO, SO MUCH BETTER... and this is one of them :/

oh, I suppose I'll reiterate the idea again:

when a player attacks another player, the attacker immediately becomes outlaw for a short time (1to8 hours) unless:
1> both players are in clan or
2> they are on clan map or
3> they are in Colosseum or
4> they are friends

it would solve the flowing issues
1> allows retribution (current system does not always)
2> does not set up "long term" or "permanent" retribution as current system does.
3> allows friends to help each other when one is attacked
4> adds to role-playing aspect of game

I've written more on this before, but that's the basic idea
