I noticed that when i atack lower lvl swordsman his 100lvl skill always hit from first shoot even though thay have way lower dex than me. Is dex really important for skills now(skills that remove hp instantly)? And my skill works on ppl and monsters that have higher dex than me.

Always hit is level 30 skill and makes each swing critical, so dex and arm are ignored while the skill is active.

U really didn't read my post. It's not about 30 lvl skill. It's about first hit and skills that remove hp instantly (100lvl skill for sword, 60lvl skill for archer and ogre). I noticed it doesn't matter what your dex is u will hit skill in first shoot.

Actually, lvl 60 archer skill does not hit instantly. I regularly face against archers lower dex than me and it takes them a while to hit a fire arrow. If they get it first hit, they had a lucky rng.
