Forgotten Tales

Hi. I'm currently lvl 52 and spent the last two hours with a friend mining ore so that he could craft an iron plate for me. We got it and I acquired the remaining pieces necessary to finish the quest. I can get Sebastius to spawn. However, he will not speak with me nor does he have the ? above his head. What have I done wrong? I know many other characters have finished this quest without being the required level to craft the iron plate. Thanks in advance!

I have everything. Arachnia got on my account and he could speak with, but I still cannot. Any ideas?

Any way to reset quest for me?

Finally got it.

I am lvl 34 already and I don't know as well why I cannot complete quest where Sebastianus ordered these three things
I already have in my inventory
. . . Iron plate +1
. . . Wasp sting
. . . Green flow spell
But as I said I cannot finish the quest...
Please if someone could do something with this or help me how to fix it... I would be happy...

Just crafted another one... It was normal plate not +1
