shop not pay me my gold

I sold at least 10 250 swords and 6-8 250 bows and 9 150 axes. In shop page my gold showed -#s in the negative. When I checked my gold it stayed the same and didn't increase. I don't believe I'm maxed out in gold . i had 2147m and that number didn't increase like it should have. So I'm at a loss for over half bil in gold. What can be done to fix this? Blaze King
@ about an hour and a half ago at the shop just right of start map.

I think there is a ceiling on how much gold you can carry. Maybe you've reached it mate.

Yes you reached maximum gold limit.

Yes I've learned this now. I posted a suggestion to fix this problem is new idea topic. Something to prevent sales once gold has reached this limit.
