I paid to remove ads once before on the old version of the game. When i downloaded the new one the ads were back. I feel that i should not have to pay to remove them again. I would like to know what can be done about this matter.

If you paid for removing ads you need to purchase it again. But don't worry, please send to me previous and new purchase ID and i will refund your purchase so you will not pay twice. Refund can be delayed bacuae i am still on holidays without computer but for sure you will get your money back as soon i could do this. Sorry for all problems Unfortunatlely there is ni other way to fix it.

But I don't have old purchase id number, It was 2 years ago when I purchased ad removal.

Google does save all of your purchases.
Just open https://wallet.google.com enter your password and view "Transactions"

Send the old and the new purchase code to dm.game.studio@gmail.com

Ok. Ty, I will.do that once I repurchase it. (will be another week yet)

SYSTEM said something about refund AND compensation...anyone know anything about that?
