Ad's back with download through Google link

I downloaded the app again through the link provided on Google play and proceeded to login in and now I have the pop up ads again. I double checked that I was logged in on my Google play account just incase there was something strange going on with it; but this was to no avail. Any suggestions on what I might try to remedy this?

If you paid for removing ads you need to purchase it again. But don't worry, please send to me previous and new purchase ID and i will refund your purchase so you will not pay twice. Refund can be delayed bacuae i am still on holidays without computer but for sure you will get your money back as soon i could do this. Sorry for all problems

I purchased add removal when i first downloaded the game, long time ago, i do not have my id for that purchase, how can i still get my refund

Yeah same here I remove my ads like 3 years ago :-/

I looked at my transactions and all I have are Level packs but yet I haven't had asked for like the last year I know I paid for them to be removed at one point but it's not in my transaction history. I'm trying not to sound frustrated but my name's on the credits of the game and I'm going to have to pay for ads not once but twice...not cool
Not sure if I'm going to put a very good review when I do remove the ads again

Do i need to email the account information that i bought the adds on or do i need my email and credit card i bought adds on both times
email purchase id from account you purchased on, not credit card
