How do I make the steel ingot for the villagers request?

You need to mine 1 iron ore and 1 carbon ore so you can craft 1 steel ingot. You can craft those in blacksmith or in clan building.

K. Where can I find the carbon ingot?

In the volcano (the map above the start map)

Hi, I am in the volcano for the ore but I have one question, how do I mine it, all I do is walk over to it when it's a green arrow and nothing happens, what do I need to mine it?

You need to buy a pickaxe. Go to the blacksmith who is located bottom right of map 1, -1 (see link for map coordinates).

He will ask you to complete a quest for him and then will sell you items.

Buy the pickaxe and then approach the carbon point and click the attack button. You will mine it then.
