It's always best to report bugs. You will usually be rewarded (reward depends upon bug) for the information. When you abuse bugs, you will most certainly get caught since every action to make is logged on the server and Admins can see everything. You might get away with it for a short while, but eventually, it will be discovered, and the abusers may be punished severely.

Too many people "cheat" and then get highly upset when they get caught. They begin to blame anyone and everyone else, but never take responsibility. It is refreshing to see someone stand up and accept responsibility for their actions. It is much appreciated. Thank you, Marvin.
