7 altars need help

I have done the 7 altars and the first part of the hous of houses. Everytime I talk to the boat guy still get teleported back to start map . Can a mod plz look into.

You need to finish the House of Houses quest. You then need to get the family crest quest finished. Let me know if you need any help with those.

I have completed the house of houses. I have beat the Wessing learn to sail did the altars and still won't let me use the boat always go to respawn.

Did you finish the family crest quest? Did you pay the blue devil 500m? If not, you still have to do that quest. I believe it starts with the guy at the camp on the ghost archer map.
