I could be wrong, but I feel that accaunts with high level skills (6+) now work faster, than early. Is it right?

If so - can anyone from GM staff tell us about improvements and explain current skills mechanics?

This is absolutely correct.

We are still adjusting the mechanics, so it is a work in progress now.

After the adjustments are finished, there will be an update of the help file.
