Can't login on a new device

I downloaded the app on a new device and I can't log into my account "rytea". First it tells me I have an invalid login. Then I go to recover the password because I don't know what's wrong. So I use the new password that was sent to me and I'm still unable to log in. I can't even change my password back. I click the change button but it does absolutely nothing. Can someone assist me please?
