Upgrading clan stats

I think since the game has been growing it is time to upgrade some things to make clans better
Such as*
>Increase clan size to 40
>Increase starting clan cost to 50m (Will stop people from making clans to just kill people, and make a clan to actually do something in game)
>Add a donation limit(Stop people from spam donating)(Example, must donate atleast 1m for it to count)
>Show the amount of stone picked, and wood chopped for each member
>Show last time a member logged(To show activity)
>Members that dont log for 1 month cost .1% of the clans gold once a month(If clan gold at 0 the member is kicked)
>Create a donation limit(Duke sets a weekly donation that each member must donate, if a member does not donate that month a msg sent to duke/lords)
>Allow dukes to adjust the clan entry fee to their choice
>Make a setting for dukes that can have a requirement for who joins or not, settings: (No one, Anyone, Level min. such as only lvl 30+ may join)
>Clan taxes(If clan is full it costs 10m daily to stay, clan buildings: Once a week, clans taxed on 5% of the highest level building they have)
>Add a work trophy system( Every 100m gold u donate u get 1 trophy, every 1000 workload you get 1 trophy, trophies displayed on member status screen.)
>Add new rank system
>Allow dukes to take gold from clan
>If a duke is not active for 4 months, then a vote is held to the lords of the clan on who may get the duke rank
>Instead of leaving a clan to promote someone else to duke, have it as u get demoted to lord and they get promoted to duke
>Allow dukes to ally
>Important clan notice alert, (Seperate from current one, until they delete it will continue to show, it will have a ! on it before they open it, only lords and dukes can send these msg's, 12 hour cool down for lords, 1 hour cool down for duke)
>Only dukes can sell lvl 100+ buildings(Idea from NickPan)
> Have a selling timer(Idea from NickPan)
>Create an enemy list which the duke can add clans to it, enemy clans will be on autofire for perm.
>Allowing other players to enter/exit a gate(Duke can control the setting for, all, allies, or none, duke also sets the cost needed to enter/exit)
The players can use the crafting portion of the buildings and it crafts must pay 10% of the items total cost to retrieve it, if the cost is not payed, anyone can claim it)
>Clan bank, same as the gate except, players can store items/gold in it. Everyone who is not in the clan must pay a weekly fee to continue to use it. If the building is destroyed, no one gets anything back, but it is sold players are instantly reinbursed automatically.
