Journal Missing Bug In Weisstein Quest

FrostBite, is at the spot where he talks to the angel looking Ketram with the wings, after FrostBite spoke with him
the Journal went missing from the ingame User Interface. He is there now. This another bug and
angel looking Ketram didn't even say pick up the Weisstein, but FrostBite was able to regardless without the
angel Ketram saying so...And still the Journal is not there. FrostBite, also logged out and logged back
in, but still no Journal. So, I come to make this report in order for this bug to be fixed and hope
to be rewarded too, for finding an ingame, quest bug.
