I am a level 50 archer and I've been grinding blood mummies for awhile now. Should I be grinding some other monster, or should I stick with blood mummies?

Where is the blood mummy crypt ive went to location 3.2 and never seen a blood mummy... im suppose to take the green mixture to the alter in the blood mummy crypt and i cant find it...
