I got the three kings quest and when I went to silverwood city, the king appeared but I could not talk to him or click on him

Did you have other pets at the time? Something with having pets makes the 3 kings quest not work exactly right. I don't remember if you could have one pet but not two or no pets to get the king/kings to follow you. All three kings at once does not work. Take one or two and go back for the rest.
