Mystery skins

Is it me or have I seen players wearing mystery skins that are not for purchase through forgotten tales? I saw a player that was a bat. No they didn't have a pet bat, the player was the bat. I looked for this skin but was unable to find it.

You do not call them "mystery skins", but "special skins".
