Speed skill bug after system restart

After today system restart (ten minutes ago, more or less), each time I activate the speed skill of my freya, the character is displayed at 0.0 map coordinated (i.e. in bottom left corner) and stuck there
I tested it in three maps, same problem, only logging out allows to move again
