New mechanism for password reset

if you use this recover option, the pw is not sent directly. instead, you get a mail with this text:
Hi!
Someone used the option to change the password for the character "Gandalf".
If you were this person, please follow this link to reset your password: *LINK*
If you are not this person, ignore this info mail.
Cheers, Forgotten Tales staff team
If you follow the link, you reset the password and get the new one.
With this new mechanism the password reset cannot be abused.

This could stop people from swindling others as easily during FORBIDDEN account trading. Of course, if no-one traded accounts, they wouldn't get cheated...

Besides account trading there was a problem of possible abuse by resetting other people's characters' passwords. Of course, it was limited by the system and we GMs would find and punish the abuser, but this way is better, don't you think?

Someone tried to change my passwords on my accounts i follow the link given but there's no instructions to get my passwords back. when I click on link is sends me to a blank page.

- Says ok at top right

And this is how it should look like. After this you should receive email with new password but...after some time the link is outdated and you will not get it anything like in this case.

Well it still hasn't sent me my password via email nor gmail.

Wow LordSeth! I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you get this situation straightened out. Those are some high level characters.
