Where is the builder of Sebastius' throne located?

Quoting from help file:
Name: Carpenter Location: 3.-2 (around the bottom end of the village)

I don't remember if it's map (3.-1) or (3.-2). He spawns on the left side toward the middle of the map. Sometimes it is difficult to get NPC's to spawn, just keep walking around through the buildings.
