bldgs under attk no email

im not recieving emails of attks and currently 7ds is undrr attk
it is only sent to offline characters.
so, we need more info about this.
- were you offline with your alts there? which one(s)?
- do they have email assigned correctly?
- was any other clan member online at that time?
