Forgotten Tales

I was recently talking to a player that reported a spawn killer and they told me they were now being harassed. I just want to say SHAME ON ANYONE WHO IS HARASSING SOMEONE FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING! I also want to say that I will report anyone that I see abusing other players or breaking the rules. I will stand up for what is right and hold those accountable for their bad behavior. We all need to help other players in this game. This is a great game and we need to keep it great by helping each other. So I ask everyone to please help me in reporting those players who try to ruin this great game by abusing other players or by abusing the rules. After all, this is the help wanted section.

Can we do anything about high level outlaws, that kill anyone that go near them
When your not clan but they are eg. Jm punk level 4000+ attacking me, I don't have a alt in clan, but when I go to grind he comes up and kills me

Can outlaws really attack low levels that aren't in a clan?
