Url atop is another discussion about Barracks improvement in another thread.

In order to make more content and strengthen our Guards besides giving them +1 for every stat bonus per lvl of the Barracks...
I suggest to give them the ability to Upgrade their equipment based on Guard lvl or Building Lvl of the Guards. To be able to upgrade them with either Weapons and Armors from Crafts or even boughten from other players to strengthen their Guards, maybe gold too as an upgrade option to equip guards. They shall stand out much stronger with decent to legendary armors and weapons...plus adding more content to the Clan Guards from the Barracks.
Guards need decent equipment for their lvls too lol. Maybe, even a Skin to show their Strength using new equipment.

That's kool man, I just found your post about it...sounds interesting including healing mages, another defense guard when under siege or castle/tower battles, I like it....they should heal a percentage of total hitpoints to guards and/or maybe a fixed amount to keep balance with healing player characters, so their no favoritism amongst character lvls.
ayZuse, feel free to put your URL in this post of what ye suggested to improve barracks... I included another Topic URL at Top first post, "Improving Clan Barracks" that were being discussed on another thread by compbatant and several others too.
