What does this skills do?

I wonder what this skill does.Is it useful also?Or just there to take my screen space and i am only able to use 2 items like knife and speed pots.

Yea, This is bad for swordman.
This skill is named "Slow the enemy's attack" but
imo it doesn't work well. We can't use 3 extra stuffs. Only 2.
I only use this skill just before logging out when I am stucked among high level monsters ( may be among other players
) and need to log out. Sometimes, when mining mithrils down the lower map.
This skill should be more
powerful than it does
now.

I think the swordmans have disadvantage
. We can not use the speed , unfrezee and knives. Only unfrezee and other item without unfrezee is very dangerous.
And some GM said speed potions were made to fix the disadvantage against players of rank, but now they also have speed
. And the swordsman ? unfrezee and speed without knives ? : ? a swordsman without knives is not a espdachin !
