Forgotten Tales

I have finished all quests in the quest book, except "break the magic, which prohibits your journey back to your time".
I really don't know how I can finish this quest. so far I have summoned a spectre wizard which made the artifact vanished with him from the Proditor.
I searched every map in the game, and tried to talk to the persons in the game, but most of them don't talk to me. a few talk but give no hint relevant to the quest.
The Proditor says: My companions and i are anchored...for eternity;
The 3rd wizard in the blue dungeon says: Hahaha. Now you are trapped here like me....Don't touch the staff. After touch, I was sent out to the hall in the house of houses again.
Boat drivers say: I would like to take a great hero for free, like you.
City guards on the horses don't ask for any coin and let me into the city.
I went to the Weisstein dungeon, library, Ascanious, blue devil, stranger, commander, king, cook, hermit, Nerlorg.... none of them talks to me.
I also went to the Pirate Island with the pirate map. in the weapon shop. People there talk irrelevant to the quest.
Could anyone tell me what to do next? Thanks in advance.

Killing Bal Muen is the quest that "breaks the magic", and leads to the quest "find a way to defeat Sebastius", which isn't completed. Still, there is much to do, and lots of fun to be had along the way.

OK...I'm missing something: how do I get started on quest to find/defeat Bal Muen???

I talked with 3rd mage in house of houses. When I go to center house in Ardesia, no one outside will talk with me

So, I enter castle on Devil Island. I found 2 devils in side rooms, but neither will speak with me. I found a room with inactive circle portals (green, blue). and, previously I found a portal that took me out of the castle and back to Start (so I know not to take that one). I also see the 3 chests at the top of the map, unobtainable by the cage! If I go upstairs, the only NPC I find that will speak with me is the one looking to extend a message to his son (I completed this quest already). Another NPC says that I need a higher level (I'm level 727).

So, is my issue that I'm not a high enough level? Do I need someone to help with the levers on 2nd floor, avoiding green devils long enough to reach one of those blue portals?

Higher level. Opppp I missed something. Must go back.

And I'm only 560ish
