Don't have quest item

Darn it I guess I never picked up the silly letter to deliver to the gravedigger. Is there not a way to delete or reset a quest?

If you are playing the MMORPG, you can ask a moderator or admin to spawn you a new letter or reset the quest completely. If you play the offline RPG, you either have to load a save slot that was saved before you messing up that quest or just restart the game completely.
