Yes.I tested and i also had same problem.I tried to create a new clan.First it said enter clan name.Maximum 4 chracters.I entered clan short name.Than it asks me to enter full clan name.But keyboard didnt appear to type full clan name.And i have latest upgraded version of game.

Wow. Nobody noticed it before. It will require client update to fix it.
