This is what we call "spam selling." It is against the rules, but hard to prevent - if not impossible. Many new players will spam sell on start map almost constantly. Most will quit after a little while. However, there are those that just will not quit, and there are those veteran players that do it to harass players or abuse during PvP. Please report those players.

Such a player is a lot, and maybe some people are intentionally, and maybe some people are no intention of who know in transactions someone will not by more than a "0", resulting in a misunderstanding.
